H&S HC4112 Wheel Rake

The H&S HC4112 Wheel Rake is designed for high-capacity hay raking in heavy crop conditions. The raking wheels sit ahead of the rake arms, main frame beams, and transport wheels. A high, wide rear frame provides additional clearance and helps reduce hang-up points while moving through heavier hay.

Raking width can be hydraulically adjusted up to 24 feet. Operators can also adjust the windrow width from 38 to 58 inches with a hand crank. These adjustments make it easier to adapt the rake to changing crop conditions and baling needs.

Independent articulated rake beams provide up to 3 feet of upward or downward flex. The rake wheels float independently to better follow ground contours in the field. A single adjustment point on each rake beam allows the operator to fine-tune rake wheel down pressure for varying conditions.

Hydraulic controls open and close the rake and raise or lower the rake wheels. For road transport or moving through gates, the HC4112 folds to 8 feet 6 inches or less with the touch of a lever.

Adjustable brake bands help control the front gauge wheels in rough field conditions. With hydraulic adjustments, flexible rake beams, and independent rake wheel float, the HC4112 provides a practical setup for efficient hay raking.
